Delete your Hunta account

You can delete your Hunta account directly in the app, or by sending us an email. Once the request is confirmed we remove the account and all associated data within 14 days.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the Hunta app on your phone.

1Open the Hunta app.
2Go to Profile.
3Tap "Delete account".
4Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email to contact@hunta.no with "Delete account" in the subject line. Send it from the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove your profile, login credentials, messages, hunt logs, bookings, and other personal data tied to the account. Some information may be retained for a limited period where we have a legal obligation (for example accounting records and payment transactions).

Your account and associated data are removed within 14 days of the confirmed request.
