Hunta AS is the data controller for personal data processed through our platform. We run a digital platform that connects hunters with landowners for hunting experiences.

  • Profile information: User type (hunter/landowner), preferences
  • Payment information: Processed by Stripe (we do not store credit card information)

  • Property information (landowners): Location, description, photos of properties

  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type
  • Usage data: Page views, clicks, navigation patterns

  • Hunters can see public profile information about landowners

Legal requirements

We may share information if required by law or authorities.

Storage of personal data

  • Active accounts: As long as the account is active
  • Inactive accounts: 3 years after last activity
  • Transaction data: 5 years for accounting purposes
  • Marketing lists: Until consent is withdrawn
  • Support inquiries: 2 years after the case is closed

Data is primarily stored in the EU/EEA through our service providers.
