Our vision
Getting out hunting should be easy, and so should offering it. The rest should be about the hunt itself.
Hunting is still organized through phone calls, verbal agreements and tools that don't talk to each other. Hunta brings it together in one place, from the grounds you find to the agreement that keeps things tidy. Landowners get a safe way to offer hunting, with full control over terms and payment.
The goal is simple: more time outdoors and less admin. Technology should help the hunt, not get in the way of the genuine, close-to-nature experience.

Who's behind Hunta
Founder
Filip wanted to make hunting simpler. Not just finding grounds or offering hunts, but the hunt itself. The tools out there were outdated and fragmented, so he built Hunta to bring everything into one place. He has spent over a decade in startups, is on his second company, and is based in Stavanger and Tau in Norway.

Technology for nature
Hunting should be about nature, camaraderie and mastery. Not phone calls and paperwork.
A live map with your boundary, your team and the wind in real time, plus a log for harvests and observations. The app is free, and it's the same on iPhone and Android.
List your grounds with a digital agreement and safe payment. Offering hunting costs nothing, and you keep the full price yourself.
Grounds, team, log and agreements belong together at Hunta. No more stitching it together from tools that were never made for hunting.
Responsible hunting
Good hunting is good management. We build Hunta so that harvests, quotas and agreements stay tidy for the hunter, the landowner and the game.
Knowing what is taken Harvests and observations are logged in the app, so the team sees what actually comes out of the grounds through the season.
Quotas you can actually follow Quotas are tracked digitally where the team hunts, not in a binder at the cabin.
Value creation in rural Norway When offering hunting gets easier, more grounds become available, and the income stays in the local community.
Tidy agreements Digital agreements make it clear who hunts where, and on what terms. That is safer for the landowner and better for the game.

If you hunt, the app is free to download. If you have grounds, the marketplace is open for offering hunting.
