Cancellation terms

1. Cancellation by the Gun
- More than 30 days before the day starts: Full refund less a NOK 500 administration fee.
- 14–30 days before the day starts: 50% refund of the ground price. The price per head is refunded in full.
- Less than 14 days before the day starts: No refund of the ground price. A prepaid price per head is refunded only if the permits can be resold.
2. Cancellation by the landowner
If the landowner cancels the booking, the Gun receives a full refund regardless of timing. Landowners may be charged a fee for repeated cancellations.
3. Force majeure
In extraordinary circumstances (extreme weather, orders from the authorities, a CWD outbreak and the like) Hunta will consider a full or partial refund case by case.
4. Accommodation
Accommodation follows the same cancellation deadlines as the ground price. The VAT rate for accommodation is 12%.
5. Refund method
Refunds are returned to the payment method used at booking. Processing normally takes 5–10 business days.
